PAYMENT & TAXES
All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. An international bank transfer can be arranged and is our preferred payment option. Once an order is complete, we will contact the buyer at the email address provided to confirm the shipping address, item details and provide a tracking number for shipping via DHL. All items purchased through Ewa Oceanic Gallery come with a detailed description of the piece and a signed certificate of authenticity.
* Please Note - All transfer fees, currency exchange rates & import taxes must be paid by the purchaser.

All objects on offer by Ewa Oceanic Gallery are genuine articles from Papua New Guinea. The value and reference to the piece is determined through the artistic quality and condition. We provide all information on the piece as to the best of our ability, however if further information is required, testing and evaluations can be arranged.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
For International shipping, please contact us prior to placing an order to determine costs. Ewa's preferred shipping agent is DHL, orders will be delievered within 3 to 7 business days, a confirmation email with tracking number will be provided.
* Ewa Oceanic Art Gallery does not hold any responsibility or liability for issues involving Customs, damage or duty upon entry into any country. We do not hold any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss occured from the moment the item is lodged with any shipping carrier.

If after examining your purchase you are not satisfied you may return the item within 7 business days and a refund will be issued to you via bank transfer. Returned items must be adequately packed and insured against loss or damage at the buyer's expense and must be received in the same condition as when originally shipped. The buyer is responsible for all costs relating to postage and handling of the returned item. Please advise us of your intention to return the article at email@example.com before you make arrangements.
If a deposit / payment has been made to hold a piece for any period of time, the sale of this item is final. No return of funds can be made for any item/s that have been held for a customer for any period of time.
